Human rights includes the right to life and personal liberty,freedom from slavery, freedom of speak and expression, traveling and establishment of organizations, Thease are the basic fundamental rights of every people.Everyone wants their rights without any discrimination.The constitution provides many privileges to the vulnerable sections of the society.
     Human trafficking defines modern form of slavery,it is a purpose of exploitation.Human trafficking is the second largest and fastest growing criminal activity in the world.The most common types of human trafficking are sex trafficking, forced labor, and debt bondage Women are forced into prostitution.The situation of refugees and migrants are similar.Human trafficking is considered as a violation of human rights by international conventions.Language barriers, fear of their traffickers, fear of law enforcement frequently keep victims from seeking help, its making human trafficking a hidden crime.The victims of human trafficking fases various forms of physical and psychological abuse.
Anyone can trafficked regardless of race, caste,religion, age, gender,socioeconomic status, educational level, citizenship etc.The victims are working in illegal activities or they breaks the rule of government by forceful commands from the racket. Most of the victims are deceived by false promises of a good job, stable life and forced into situations where they are made to work under deplorable conditions with no pay.Their mental and physical conditions in an pathetic situation they can't speak against them And also the victims are losses their self respect and dignity. Poor sanitation facilities , inadequate food,bad condition of personal hygiene,Brutal physical abuses and emotional attacks from the traffickers,dangerous workplace conditions,lack of freedom etc creates mental pressure and health issues.The government must taken action against such evil things of the society and also we want start organizations to help the victims.we want to protect them.We want more survivors from this. We want to stop human trafficking....

Critical Theory

Critical Theory is working for emancipation of the oppressed from the exploitation of Capitalists and others.  The modern trade union movements are part of this.  Most of the multinational companies are like the earlier colonialists.  They start their companies in a foreign country and exploit the labour power of that country.  They make maximum profit by investing cheap labour costs compared to the labour cost in their homeland.  The people ignoring these facts are becoming consumerised in the modern world.  This causes degradation in the traditional trade networks, culture etc.  So what have to do is to start indigenous industries, trade etc.  One should become self sustainable in this modern world to become least susceptible to exploitation.
