Here, I try to explain the importance of critical theory in indian context : The developing India
In the contemporary India is very complex,between through many ideal and drastic changes happening in the society. The population of state year by year increased but our productivity especially the agricultural sector faces many crises. Unemployment, deprivation, poverty social and economical issues are the greatest threats of our country. Marginalization against people are an important aspect of dehumanization.Politically the govt ensures many policies but the practical level and its the marginalized groups are suppressed and they can't meet their needs. Corruption is an example for this and also the implication and evaluation of policies are not in an appropriate manner thease are also affects their life. We can't only stick on developement another aspect's are an important factir in our society.The term humanity includes moral and valuable obligations among the human being. The state is always try to meet the needs of the population and ensure the welfare for the people,but their social conditions no changes happen . The literatures and govt reports are showing this fact.Infrastructural development only focus upon the Urban areas. India is a developing country, the development processes only focuses on the commercialization and industrialisation. Globalization mainly focuses on consuming products on world wide we can currently see globalization changes our culture specifically our dressing style, food habitat, festivals etc are including in this.
In every society we can see many changes the material thinks are the product of mind.History notices the change and past era of the world it presenting the blue print of the changes happen in every society and we also we can easily understand the social conditions of the world. Social media also influence our daily life we all are the part of mass Media. Humans are different. Modernity is not only limited technological and infrastructural level.Their thoughts, behavioural patterns are different that is why the society is complicated.
       Critical theories mainly focussing on the importance of changes in the society and its results also they analysis the impact of the changes happening in the society.In my opinion Discrimination and oppression are the forms of dehumanisation.
Capitalism and profit oriented market economy is creates economical issues.
