Is sedition law violate human rights
According to the Indian, Constitution Indians are granted freedom of opinion, speech. Are these granted rights are violated due to other laws? 'Sedition' is such a law that denied the
right of a well spoke, responsible person's critical way of opposing the government they belong to. there are many such examples before us like the recent arrest of Shashi Tharoor and reporters. Here a question exists is the government cannot be criticized to undergo correction or the citizens lack the power to do so then what is the significance to have freedom of speech and expression in India. who is being profited due to this British government's suppression law? This proves that India is freed from the British monarchy but not from their ideology to create inactive citizens.Aswin U
