First, consider as a human then provide rights As if today the gender spectrum is restricted to two extremes either male or female. The majority population accepts these ideas as true and lives according to the physical and mental construction the society made for isolating the third gender. their cultural values are not cherished. British view them as criminals and our westernized India has forgotten their importance in epics and historical kingdoms of India. So for the sake of them, the government had implemented many protection laws as human rights which lead to the protest of transgender activists. Punishment for rapist of transgender  is from 6 months to 2 years whereas a person who raped  women is considered more serious and punished from  7 years to lifelong. Providing gender identity certificate for the third gender is also a dehumanizing measure by government towards them. The current health status of our country is very poor in some states it is very much higher than the national average for example in Kerala we achieve a imensive development in health care system. During the covid-19 pandemic also many people die due to lack of proper health care system and lack of oxygen etc. So we can see human rights violation in its extreme sense during the pandemic days.                  The discriminated sections are much more affected because of due to their low economic status they are mainly depend on the government hospitals. But the rich people pay more and seek good health care in foreign countries and private hospitals. In case of Kerala also the CM is going to US for better health care. So it is clear cut that in India we can see a drastic human rights violation in health care system.
